ROB MIKITARIAN is an entrepreneurial executive with over 30 years of experience in managing sales, marketing, operations and personnel for both start-ups and established companies. His fierce determination, strategic business moves and motivational management style with a track record of building and retaining highly driven individuals allowed him to bring success to past and current endeavors. His keen sense in business has attributed to identify opportunities with accelerated growth. With a knack for recognizing talent, Rob put together a team of sales professional and with his level five leadership style and supervision, elevated these start-up pharmacies to a combined revenue of $15M in just over 5 years. This, along with acquiring and operating a premier 36-bed Board and Care facilities in Santa Monica, CA, where previous revenue of $900,000 annually with former operators, grew to $1.7 million annually, in 2 short years, under Rob’s management expertise. Both companies are thriving and projected to do so for many years to come.

JOY WOOD shares her capacity as Business Manager with experience in marketing Hospice and Home Health agencies as well as operating RCFE Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly. While serving as Business Development Manager for Hospice and Home Health agencies, Joy is responsible for identifying prospects thru territory research and analysis in target areas, meeting and developing solid relationships with healthcare professionals as well counterparts. Furthermore, Joy is responsible for obtaining ancillary contracts with private insurances and various health plans to accommodate none Medicare/Medical population. Prior to joining the healthcare industry, Joy had a 15-year Client Management experience with UNUM Insurance, a Fortune 500 company and leading provider of Short and Long Term Disability and Life Insurance, Long Term Care and Voluntary Benefits. Her block of business included managing groups with an employee population of 500 to 5000 lives and responsible for initial benefit implementation, education and contract retention.

ABBY CUBEY, a successful business woman with diversified interest in various businesses, primarily in the cutting-edge healthcare industry. Abby is a great example of the American Dream.
Abby grew up Internationally and in her early teens, moved to the United States, settling in the East Coast. While at school she started her first job as a hard-working employee at a grocery store, and eventually purchased the store. Two years later she sold the store at a profit and went on to study economics at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
Abby clearly knows who she is and relentlessly follows her vision. She is fearless and has what it takes to think big, often strategizing and finding results. Her philosophy is that everything is possible when you set your mind to it.
